I think the profile makes all the difference--gives a glimpse at the little PERSON there, so we know to look for resemblances later. I remember seeing that in an ultrasound of David (now almost 19) back when they were rarer. :-)
Yay! Those are good ultrasounds, too. That little one has their hands up by the head, just like Meggie did. How fun!
