Finch Fam 4

By this morning, there were no more eggs in the nest, and there were four little fluffy, rather ugly babies. They are tiny. My next photo needs something for perspective...but you can see the little strand of blue yarn used in the nest, and imagine its thickness compared to these little ones. In the photo above you can see three tiny, voiceless, open mouths, waiting for their Mama Finch to fill them. The fourth is laying face-down, which seems to be the default position.
