Oh Christmas Tree...
Our tree-cutting adventure was quite different this year, as i guess it is every year a unique experience! It was just my dh and me, and we had a lovely, warm, mostly wind-free and snow-free day. it seemed a bit odd for December.
Dave found the tree of choice, and cut it down.
And we walked back to the truck with relative ease.
Then we found a lovely picnic spot. We sat in the sun, listening to the wind above us in the tree tops, sipping on hot tea and eating sandwiches and rejoicing in God's many good gifts to us.
And now the tree is trimmed and in its traditional corner. Let the holidays begin!

Oh, bother...
And why is Emma looking so distressed? It could be that she is tired of her Grandpa...but I doubt it!
Instead, I think it is more likely to have to do with this:
Poor Emma! Please pray for little Emma and the severe reflux issues she is experiencing. Pray for healing, for relief from pain, and for rest and patience for her mama and daddy.
